The fiberglass mesh pieces used for grinding wheels are cut and punched from reinforced fiberglass fabrics dipped and coated with phenolic and epoxy modified resins, and then baked in a drying oven. They are cut and punched with a cut-off machine ,and accordingly, they are of little tolerance and with good concentricity and giving.
The mesh pieces can be lined with nonwoven fabrics or black paper as per your requirements. The mesh discs are widely used as the basal materials for cutting or grinding wheels with resin as adhesive agent. The cutting or grinding wheels with the basal materials have priority over excellent heat resistance and great structural strength for high cutting speed operations.
The product is punched from fiberglass reinforced mesh cloth for grinding wheel,which is coated with phenolics and epoxy resin, and then baked. To be used as basal material of resin bond grinding wheel, the cutting process is the disc with its inter-hole once-punched, is low high in concentricity, non-deformed, trim in
its girth. The grinding wheel made with this basal material the function of high strength in structure, high speed cutting and heat resistance. Strength>=35cn/tex, resin content=26-34%.
