Originally founded between Anglovaal subsidiary Rhino Minerals and Jürgen Reiprich to co-ordinate the marketing and sales of Andalusite, processed/unprocessed and milled, in Europe the company was renamed in EUROPE MINERALS in year 2000 after haven taken over the shares of Rhino Minerals. Since 2003 it forms part of the Eggerding group and concentrates its activities in Zirkon silicate as sand or milled or micronised in addition the the already existing minerals like andalusite, molochite, eurospheres, mullite, bentonite and further minerals.

Zirkon silicate is sold under the brand name Zeta Zirkon and is produced as flour or micronised up to max. 3 microns. Origin of the zircon sand is Australia, South Africa, USA and Ukraine.

Andalusite is offered as flour or in micronised form with a D50 of 1 - 2 micron. Long term contracts secure a guaranty of quality and supply.

Molochite is only available for the kiln furniture market in EG and Hungary.

From China we import into Amsterdam refractory minerals like Eurospheres, Mullite and others and crush, sieve and mill according to customers needs.

The plants of Eggerding in Amsterdam and South Africa are certified according to ISO standards.
