MNI is specialised in advance ceramics and coatings such Chromum Oxide, Alumina, Titanium Alumina, Zirconia.
Sprayed by plasma or deposited by a thermochemical way, MNI offers very hard coatings from 2000 to 7000 Vickers (Brand name: Placrox II and Diamoxyde).
MNI is also specialised in duplex coatings combining ceramics and ptfe or silicone or peek to offer anti-stick properties in addition to wear resistance, corrosion and abrasion.

Placrox II is a hermo-chemically formed ceramic coating, totally dense, pore free and crystallographically bonded to the substrate offers the best wear and corrosion resistance of any flame sprayed chromium oxide.
