Our fully automatic brick making plant is a very unique. It includes:
PAN MIXER with Gearbox, capacity of 500 Liters, attached with Raw material Weighing Box to mix exact proportion
BELT CONVEYOR with a good quality rubber
HYDRAULIC PRESS made from standard valves , systems and switches to give a long lasting workability to the Machine
FEEDER BOX with attached vibrator, which gives continuous flow of mixed material to the Hydraulic press
50' RAIL for Bricks shifting to the Drying / curing yard to minimize the manpower
We believe in applying the best quality of materials to be used in the Machine. Our Machine is ECO-FRIENDLY and produce 17000 Bricks in a day. With selling our Brick Machine, we also provide the technology for the production of FLYASH bricks.
WE ALSO EXPORT MINERALS Like : CHINA CLAY , LIME , GYPSUM , BANTONITE.
