ESA Eidam & Seiferling Analytik GmbH is a private and independent test laboratory which has specialized in chemical analysis of refactory, ceramic and glass.

ESA seated in Hermsdorf/Germany, a traditional site of ceramic industry which is located in the technology region Jenarea21, in direct neighborhood to Jena, was founded in 1993.

The ESA is not a high-throughput laboratory but processes every sample individually and in high quality. The personal contact to the customer is very important to the ESA, if possible prior to an order, to bring the analytical possibilities and the expectations of the customer into harmony.

Customers of the ESA are manufacturers, suppliers, cosumers but also research institutes and laboratories from Germany and Europe.

ESA works according to national or international standards, tests according to customer specifications are implemented as well. If necessary, test methods are modified or newly developed.

In addition to the ceramic standard analyses the ESA is able to determine one single element as well as to perform a complete analysis of a sample. The equipment aligned with flexibility also makes the processing of series of samples possible.

Some parameters and test methods with extensive experience shall be pointed out: Determination of boron, fluorine, lithium; leaching tests and stability tests with acids, lyes or other solvents under different conditions.
