ABREF started production of Cordierite Kiln
Furniture in January 1993 as a Venture Capital Company in association with Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI).

Presently it is the leading manufacturer of cordierite producing more than 900 tons per year. The product is well accepted by the sanitaryware, tableware and tile industries in the country. ABREF has now extended its foray into Asian markets in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia,Turkey and also to Australia and Nigeria.

ABREF specializes in catering to the intricate requirements of our customers. The entire team at ABREF is customer focussed and always endeavours to do our best. Training and continuous improvement programmes are regularly conducted to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry. From July 2000 Abref is accredited to ISO 9000:2000 standard by RWTUV.

ABREF team is lead by N.G.Manoharan, Managing Director. He is a chemical engineer from Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 30 years experience in the field of super refractories and has pioneered this product.
