We are expert of Dies, Fixtures and Machine Shop and all Automobile Manufacturing activities and I am now doing work on contract / consultancy basis for various companies for Dies , Welding Fixtures manufacture/ modification.

I run my own organisation , having my registered Private Limited firm,FOR DIE MAINENANCE AND MODIFICATION on contract basis+ MANUFACTURE OF TOOLINGS AND THEIR PARTS FROM NCR.

WE HAVE GOT THE ALL INDIA AGENCY OF

A ) ZUND SWISS MAKE CNC DIELESS PRECISION CUTTING MACHINE.

B) ADLER MAKE GERMAN STITCHING MACHINES FOR AUTO SEAT COVER AND LEATHER INDUSTRIES.

I can organise the following activities in any location :

1) Heavy Dies Maintenance : Preventive & breakdown maintenance,die washing,die parts replacement, standard parts manufacture,CNC, Wirecut, Die Spotting, Heat Treatment,Dies Trial. I HAVE MY OWN HIGHLY SKILLED DIEMAKERS and ENGINEERS , SENIOR STAFF.

2) Welding Fixtures , Gages manufacture and repair.

3) Manufacture of Riser Blocks for Presses/ Dies for common setups and Multi Die Loadings.

4)Machining of Press Bolster Plates.

5) Machining work including VMC operations / Toolroom CNC Machining/ Precision Machining and Grinding.

6) Press Shop with presses upto 100 T presses. Total 7 presses with Toolroom support.

We can enter into agreement with you or we can work out case by case job ( Purchase orders } .
