Cellaris manufactures highly porous, ultra-light non-fibrous ceramic foams for temperatures up to 1,700 C. Cellaris' Lite-Cell is a non fiber foamed alumina product, intended for use as thermal insulation in electrical and gas fired kilns, and as kiln furniture devices.

Lite-Cell is fiber-free, dust-free, can operate in temperatures up to 1700C, withstands aggressive environments (alkali, reducing, etc.), does not react with the products being fired in any way and has very low thermal mass that allows for fast firing and cooling, and high productivity.

Lite-Cell can be machined easily and formed into complex shapes, and provides a platform for a wide range of high temperatures industrial application, including furnace insulation, kiln furniture, burner blocks and more.
