BVD PECE company is located in the west of the Czech republic, in Karlovy Vary. It has about 30 employees. Since 1990, BVD PECE company manufactures kilns for ceramics (classic firing, decoration firing, drying), glass (fusing, bending, slumping, casting, annealing, decoration firing, moulds drying...), porcelaine (biscuit firing, fast firing, decoration firing, drying..., oxidation or reduction atmosphere), metals, gas-heated or with electric heating elements or spirals.

We focuse ourself not only on big ceramic industries, we offer small studio kilns for hobbies, too.As an indispensable feature for the kilns, we deliver shelves and suporting columns, for big industries then special kiln furniture (supports for tableware).

OUR STANDARDS:

- Stainless steal frame made of bent profiles with both-sides surface
- Treatment with burnt powder high corrosion resistant paint
- The kiln and coat front made from anti-corrosion materials
- The door is hung up on side rotating hinges with a possibility to be set on the kiln front accurately
- Heat resistant lining of high porous materials with very low thermal conductivity
- Heating spirals of Kanthal A1 wire set on tubes of very pure and solid ceramics
- Fast and effective transfer into the charge
- Observing holes covered by resistant material
- Electric control office with all control functions on the side of the kiln
- Control of the operation process by the means of microprocessor

- Safety switch of the door position not influenceable by operator
