Our company, being the well-known exporter of mineral sands (rutile, ilmenite,zircon) and chemicals (TiO2, SiO2) would like to offer supplies of enriched kaolin from Prosyanaya deposit in Ukraine.

Different grades, are produced to meet the requirement of the following industries:

Dry Kaolin: KRtSP - rubber and plastic

P - glass, fiber glass, rubber and PVC
KPS - glass and fiber glass

Wet Kaolin: KF2 - porcelain and porcelain tableware, glaze

KF3 - sanitary ware
KS - ceramic tiles body
KN-83 - glaze

Paper Kaolin: Kaolin grades

N-83, N-80, N-77, N-74 are used as fillers in paper and cardboard.

Grades KN-84 and KNF-86 are a coarse kaolin products with high brightness and low contents of hard residue. Normally are used as a filler for cardboard, newsprint, supercalendered and other kinds of paper.

It is recommended to use when high brightness and low cost of production are required.

Grades KPF-88, KPF-90 and KVF-90 are a fine delaminated kaolin product with controlled particle size distribution.

Among the advantages of application one can mention very good performance at the production of light weight coated paper (LWC) for offset and rotogravure print, coating of exceptional quality, smoothness, excellent printing and optical properties of paper.

It is also recommended to use for mat and semimat coating of paper without wood pulp and also for the top coating of cardboard.
