A hands-on workshop where participants will learn and practice how to fire pots with white terra sigillata in a variety of low-fire techniques: Saggar-firing in clay saggars, Horsehair with ferric chloride, and Chemical Fuming with ferric chloride.

This workshop requires that pots and saggars be made ahead of time and brought to the workshop. Instructions will be sent out to participants on how to prepare pots, how to make and apply terra sigillata and how to make a clay saggar.

The workshop will also include demonstrations by Charlie in the following areas:

- Throwing tips for even and round shapes
- Throwing tips for an ultra smooth surface
- Throwing tricks for larger pots
- Making and applying terra sigillata
