After training as a Ceramist (School of Vierzon from 1972 to 1977) I have worked in industrial ceramics for nearly 30 years for a large manufacture of the arts. This has enabled me to meet with ceramists from all over the world coming from all sides : industrial potters, craftsmen, laboratories, amateurs, researchers, academics...
The terms quality, production, process, technology, etc... remain forever present in my mind and guide my work as a ceramist at every moment. "Practice makes perfect"
All my ceramic works remain thus impressed by the requirements of this long industrial experience. The contact with the world of pottery of the other side of the Atlantic by the emergence of the Internet, almost 10 years ago , was for me the starting point of a new passion for a personal and deepened research in crystallizations on porcelain.
