Learn to make pottery on a potters wheel in small groups,(up to 8 persons) paint them and fire them, using the same technique of ancient Greek potters. Our 5-days pottery courses apply to people who want to visit Delphi, the "Navel of the Earth" and other picturesque places around, in combination of the ancient Hellenic ceramic art experience, through a homegrown and alternative tourism.

Polytropon workshop was established in 1995 by Aristotelis Zisimou,It is the only which is situated in Delphi and one of the few in Hellas wich undertakes the ancient Hellenic way of making and decorating ceramic pottery.The complete process, from making the pottery on the wheel to the final detail, is done by the same person, not seen often anymore. The studio is located in Delphi. In a quaint traditional home style building and during the summer the yard is converted into an out-door studio. Most of the summer lessons take place outdoors.

The dates we do not have a course, we also offer one day lessons and every afternoon for two hours, the entire process of making pottery by the ancient Hellenic technique.
