MudFire Clayworks & Gallery
A fully-equipped pottery studio and fine art gallery in Atlanta, GA, USA. The 7500 square foot studio is home to over 120 potters and clay artists. All types of firings, appropriate glazes, instructors, tools and materials are provided. Workshops featuring renown clay artists are held each month.
The gallery features pottery by emerging and established clay artists from the United States. Affordable tableware and unique sculptural items are set in a beautiful, sunlit gallery environment.
Open noon to night, MudFire is an all day open studio, fully equipped to provide hobby, part-time, student, and professional potters and sculptors the opportunity to be outrageously creative. The studio features gas, electric and raku kilns, over 60 glaze options, 16 new Brent and Shimpo wheels, slab roller, extruder and tons of tools.
The MudFire Gallery is a showcase for functional and sculptural pottery. The gallery represents nationally acclaimed potters as well as emerging artists from the Southeast. Serving as both a source of inspiration for our members and an educational forum for the community, the gallery celebrates this diverse and accessible artform by highlighting the work of different artists each month alongside an ongoing selection from our favorite artists.
